Can I change my order?

We advise you to check carefully before placing an order whether you have ordered the correct colours and products. Once your order has been placed, we can unfortunately no longer change this.

What is the standard delivery time?

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 can be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible.

Don't feel like waiting for the mailman all day? No problem! Creative Cosmetics works together with PostNL and DHL. Do you want to know where your package is? Check your received Track & Trace code or contact the mailman.

Please note! Once your package is out of our hands, Creative Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for the exact delivery time. The responsibility for unexpected delays in this case lies with the postal service to whom we have transferred your order.

Shipping costs are based on packing materials, courier costs and handwork.

For orders over €50,- the shipping costs are waived. This applies to orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Because the shipping costs are waived, our system automatically chooses which carrier will deliver your package.

I entered an incorrect address, can you correct this?

Oops, a mistake with the delivery address? Then contact us immediately on 085-2121775 or send an e-mail to info@creativecosmetics.nl , then we will see if we can still change the order.

If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. If we have to resend a package because the shipping address is incorrect, we are forced to recalculate the shipping costs.

My package was delivered, but I didn't receive anything. What now?
Sometimes the Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered while you have not received anything yet. We kindly ask you to ring the doorbell of your direct neighbors first. They may have received your order. Also check the mailboxes.

Often the package is still delivered within a few working days. Is your package still not above water? Then contact us on 085-2121775 or send an e-mail to info@creativecosmetics.nl so that we can help you further and start a postal investigation.
