In addition to the fact that we find it important that you are satisfied with our products at Creative Cosmetics, we also want to give high priority to protecting your privacy. This means that we want your data to be safe with us. We are happy to explain how we do this.
Order information
If you order products from us, we will include your details in our file so that we can process your order carefully.
For this we need your name, address and place of residence, a billing address and a delivery address if different, your payment details, telephone number and e-mail address.
According to the privacy law, we are allowed to use this information from you because we enter into an agreement with you. You order from Creative Cosmetics and we deliver to you.
We store your data for 7 years.
If you are under 16 years old
If you are under 16 years of age, you may only provide us with personal data if one of your parents or a legal representative who has read this privacy policy gives us permission to do so on your behalf. We therefore request that you do not provide us with any data if you have not yet received permission.
Statistics
We place cookies and keep statistics about the use of our website. With these statistics we improve our webshop and advertising campaigns to show you information specifically tailored to you. We do not combine your site visit with your personal data.
Information via Instagram
You can ask us questions or make requests via Instagram.
This allows us to process your chat in order to provide you with the best possible service. This is permitted by law. We store this information for 12 months. This allows us to easily access your information in case of follow-up questions and to train our customer service to provide you with an even better service.
Creative Cosmetics points and your account
For example, when placing orders, you must first register. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a user name. With this, we create an account, which you can log in to with that user name and a password of your choice.
For this we store your IP address, phone number, billing address, name and address details, email address and your payment. This is also permitted under the privacy law. We store your information until you close the account.
When registering, we use secure connections (SSL) that protect all information between you and our website.
We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you more easily if necessary at the webshop. You can change your details via your account whenever you want.

Only the customer service of Creative Cosmetics has access. They are all aware of your privacy. Access is well secured via their own personal password. Your data is stored in a secure file.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we provide your address details to a delivery service, for example.
If I apply, what will you do with my data?
We collect personal information from you such as name and address, curriculum vitae and e-mail, because you provide information about yourself. We are allowed to do this according to the privacy law in order to be able to select and hire the right person for one of our vacancies. Only the director and HR manager have access to this data. Your data is stored in a well-secured database.
We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the application.
In practice, this means that if you are hired, we will store your application in your personnel file. If you are not hired, we will retain your data for another six months in case a similar vacancy arises and we want to contact you, unless you do not give permission for this. After these periods or if you have previously withdrawn your permission, we will delete all your data.
How can I view information about myself?
You can view, correct, object to and, if permitted, delete information about yourself at any time by contacting Creative Cosmetics. To do so, you must submit a written request to Creative Cosmetics containing your request. We will ask you to identify yourself. It is therefore only possible to request information about your own data, not that of others. We safeguard the privacy of all customers in the same way.
