RETURN POLICY
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Are you not completely satisfied with your ordered items? Or do you want to exchange it for another product?
After receiving the product, you have 14 days to return an order, provided it is unopened (!!) . Follow the instructions below to create a return:
- Step 1: Send an email to info@creativecosmetics.nl stating your order number, which products are involved and why you are returning the products.
- Step 2: Write your order number and details on a note with the products you are returning.
- Step 3: Return the products to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE! Return costs are at your own expense and sending without Track & Trace is always at the risk of the consumer. We only cover the shipping costs if it is a mistake on our part. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You can return your purchase according to the terms set out in the general terms and conditions. You can cancel the agreement and return products within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. You must then return the purchased products in the undamaged, unwritten, original factory packaging and in unused condition (for hygiene reasons). The costs of the products you have purchased will be refunded within 14 days of returning the items. The costs of returns are at your own expense.
However, due to hygiene regulations, we can only accept unused and unopened products! In case of a defect or an incorrect delivery from us, please contact us to discuss this matter before returning it.
Please note! It is not possible to return mineral testers. Due to hygiene regulations, it is not possible to return our natural lip products (lipsticks & lipgloss), mascara, eyebrow pencils, eye pencils and brushes.
MY RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS, WHAT NOW?
If an item does not meet our return conditions, you can unfortunately not return it. Our return processing determines on the basis of various tests whether a returned item meets the conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and cannot proceed to a refund.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You have the right to revoke and return your order within our return period of 14 days. Within this period you can assess and try on your purchase. Please note, due to hygiene rules we can only accept unused and unopened products! These can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR RETURNS?
As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. The costs of this depend on the shipping method you choose.
CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE AS A LETTERBOX PACKAGE?
Yes, this is possible. You can choose to send your return via letterbox post to our return address*. Please note that you must pay sufficient postage for the package. This depends on the weight. Letterbox post does not have a Track & Trace code. Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded. Sending your return via letterbox post is therefore at your own risk.
WHEN AND HOW WILL MY RETURNED ORDER/PRODUCT BE REFUNDED?
Once our distribution center has received the return package, your return will be processed as soon as possible. After processing your return, you will receive the purchase amount back into your account within a few days*. The refund will be made via the payment method you selected when paying for your order.
*If you have completed the order with the payment method Credit Card, the refund may take a little longer. Please allow 10 working days.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDERED ITEMS FOR ANOTHER ITEM?
Unfortunately, ordered items cannot be exchanged for another item. It is only possible to exchange an item for a different color of the same item. If you would still like to receive another item, we advise you to return your purchase. If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can place a new order for the item you want to receive in our shop.
I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING FROM THE SALE?
There are slightly different rules during a sale than normal. What you need to take into account during a sale is the following:
- If you have ordered an item and it later goes on sale, we can unfortunately no longer apply the discount retroactively.
- Returns of sale items are not possible.
